# **Product Manager, Debit Products** **See Yourself in the Team** Retail Banking Services is the public face of CommBank, serving over 10 million personal and small business customers. Within RBS, the Everyday Products Crew owns the products customers use every day, with a focus on sustainable growth and strong customer experiences. This role sits within the Everyday Spending value stream, where the purpose is to build and deliver debit card products that work seamlessly ensuring every interaction is reliable and effortless. **About the Role** This role manages the debit card portfolio, with a focus on increasing customer value, driving revenue growth, and ensuring operational excellence. It spans product, risk, and operations, using customer journey insights to deliver impactful features and outcomes. **What You’ll Do** * Use customer insights, complaints, and data to identify opportunities to drive customer value * Champion customer experience across all touchpoints, including physical cards, digital wallets, and app controls * Enhance end-to-end debit card journeys, ensuring clarity and consistency across all touchpoints * Act as the single point of accountability for debit card features across channels (App, NetBank, and operational tools) * Support servicing processes, including lost or stolen cards, replacements, disputes, blocks, and limits, addressing customer pain points and operational risks **What You’ll Bring** * Experience in product management, ideally within payments, cards, transaction banking, or loyalty * Experience delivering strong products and features that drive differentiation for CBA and deliver customer value * Experience leading projects involving requirement gathering, prioritisation, solution workshopping, implementation, and post-implementation reviews * Experience operating in regulated environments with complex risk and compliance requirements * A commercial mindset with a strong focus on customer outcomes * Strong analytical and prob
