Must Have

Current or prior certification in Workday (Advanced Compensation, Core Compensation, Benefits Management), 8+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Compensation, Core Compensation, and Benefits Management modules, Proven experience delivering products using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies (e. g. , Scrum Product Owner, PMP, PRINCE2), Experience managing change and release activities, including Workday bi-annual releases, understanding of end-to-end compensation processes and their integration within HR systems, Experience working with third-party vendors in delivering technology solutions, Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system issues and implement effective technical solutions

Nice to Have

Exposure to additional Workday modules such as Benefits, Recruitment, BIRT, or Workday Docs, Experience with global implementations and localization strategies, stakeholder management and communication skills, Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, Prior experience in Product Management within HR technology or Compensation systems, Familiarity with broader HR systems and cross-functional processes

The role demands strong functional and technical expertise in Workday Compensation modules to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions.
