About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to help define and build the future of ChatGPT in Healthcare. This person will own high-impact product areas from strategy through execution, working closely with engineering, research, design, legal, policy, sales, and customer-facing teams. The role requires strong product judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to move quickly in a complex, regulated space. This position is based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance available. In this role, you will: - Define product strategy and roadmap for key ChatGPT Healthcare experiences and capabilities. - Identify the highest-impact problems across clinicians, healthcare operators, and health systems, and turn them into clear product priorities. - Partner closely with engineering, research, design, legal, policy, and GTM teams to ship products that are useful, safe, and scalable. - Drive execution from early discovery and prototype through launch, adoption, and iteration. - Translate customer needs, technical constraints, and regulatory considerations into strong product decisions and crisp requirements. - Use data, customer feedback, and market insight to improve product quality, trust, and business impact.
