What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years in a Product Management role, Experience managing products within the credit card or financial services ecosystem, specifically dealing with authorizations and the customer spending journey, A working knowledge of card processors like TSYS and how to navigate the requirements of networks like Visa, Direct experience collaborating with Fraud or Risk teams to build requirements that keep accounts safe without making them hard to use, To be considered for the Product Manager level, you have a history of taking ownership of defined product areas, using rigorous logic to solve problems, and navigating roadblocks with minimal guidance, To be considered for the Senior Product Manager level, you have a track record of influencing strategy across multiple interconnected teams, identifying process risks before they impact the business, and leading high stakes, cross functional initiatives from concept to launch

Hands-on experience with tokenization, including digital wallet provisioning or virtual card issuance, Previous success in transaction data cleansing or working with enrichment vendors, A background that includes both deep backend infrastructure and the front end communications that guide a customer’s next steps, Proven ability to act as a settling influence during technical shifts or vendor transitions
