This role focuses on helping customers search, evaluate, and purchase vehicles online through intuitive, data-driven product experiences. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing to improve search, SEO, personalization, and merchandising capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with a deep understanding of user behavior and online commerce. This is a high-impact role shaping the strategic direction of our buyer-facing marketplace. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own and evolve the buyer journey across search, browse, and purchase experiences - Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to drive product decisions - Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver product improvements - Build and execute a product roadmap aligned with RB Global growth objectives - Leverage AI/ML to enhance search, recommendations, personalization, and merchandising - Monitor product performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, experimentation platforms) - Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and backlogs - Identify and prioritize opportunities that improve engagement and conversion - Ensure high product quality by staying deeply involved in delivery and releases - Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders - Balance scope, priority, technical risk, and business impact across initiatives WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - A clear, executed roadmap that drives buyer engagement and revenue - Improved search and discovery performance - Strong cross-functional alignment and predictable delivery - Data-informed decisions that result in measurable business value -
