## Accountabilities Define and execute product strategy by translating portfolio-level objectives into clear, outcome-driven roadmaps aligned with business priorities Lead customer discovery efforts through interviews, research, data analysis, and market evaluation to identify needs and validate product opportunities Prioritize product initiatives across features, platform enhancements, and AI-driven capabilities focused on improving quoting, pricing, and design workflows Own roadmap planning, release strategy, and delivery alignment in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders Identify and drive opportunities for AI integration to enhance product capabilities and improve user workflows Act as the primary owner of product requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with delivery teams Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support go-to-market execution, product launches, and adoption strategies Define KPIs and success metrics, continuously tracking product performance and iterating based on customer and business feedback Oversee backlog refinement, acceptance criteria definition, and sprint-level delivery validation with engineering teams Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role within a SaaS environment Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through delivery and adoption Strong background in B2B SaaS products, ideally within enterprise or complex multi-product ecosystems Experience writing detailed product requirements, defining acceptance criteria, and working closely with engineering teams Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to gather insights and translate them into product decisions Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership teams Hands-on experience with agile
