## Description StarCompliance is a leading market provider of employee compliance technology, trusted by 350+ global financial institutions to manage regulatory obligations, monitor employee activity, and mitigate risk. Backed by private equity, we are investing in the next generation of our cloud native, AI enabled SaaS platform. The Opportunity We are looking for a Product Manager to own and grow a portfolio of B2B SaaS compliance products across the StarCompliance platform. This is a high impact product role focused on both existing product optimization and new product development. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, market dynamics, regulatory drivers, commercial opportunities, and competitive positioning, then translating those insights into products and features that deliver measurable value for customers and the business. The successful candidate will identify where AI driven capabilities can improve existing products and create new opportunities. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer ## Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Own and evolve the roadmap for a portfolio of B2B SaaS compliance products, balancing customer value, commercial opportunity, regulatory relevance, technical feasibility, and strategic fit. Develop a clear vision for your products, grounded in customer problems, market insight, product usage data, competitive analysis, and company strategy. Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on measurable outcomes, including customer adoption, retention, revenue growth, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and competitive differentiation. Define clear product success metrics and use them to guide discovery, delivery, launch, and ongoing optimisation.
