Must Have

3-5 years of product management or engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, tech or telecommunications, involving hands-on GNSS work., Technically fluent, with a understanding of GNSS, satellite navigation, and PNT technologies., Previous hands-on experience with receiver hardware, corrections services, navigation sensors, GIS, etc. is essential., Excellent problem-solving skills, with the confidence to navigate unstructured environments and make decisions with incomplete information., The demonstrated ability to empathize and build relationships with customers & end users., Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to rally support and build conviction around specific product initiatives across the organization., Fluent in English and French, with the ability to support both local and global partners.

What You'll Do.

Own early customer programs

Serve as the critical bridge between external users and internal engineering teams

Act as the primary technical point of contact for early customers & users

Own and manage early customer relationships

from initial onboarding to post-trial feedback

Develop repeatable processes

and tooling to scale customer consultations

Lead hands-on product demonstrations and trials

Lead field trials for PNT services

With Pulsar – the world’s most advanced PNT satellite infrastructure in Low Earth Orbit – Xona will offer a future-proof, backwards-compatible global positioning system optimized for absolute precision, superior power, and robust protection. Xona is searching for a Product Manager to join us on our mission. As a member of this team, you’ll own our early customer programs, lead field trials and serve as the critical bridge between external users and internal engineering teams. You will both think deeply and act decisively to ensure that our customers succeed and that their feedback helps shape and scale the future of our product. The ideal candidate is a high-agency pathfinder, capable of operating at the speed of a modern startup. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Act as the primary technical point of contact for our early customers & users. You will own and manage early customer relationships, from initial onboarding to post-trial feedback. In parallel, you’ll develop repeatable processes, documentation, and tooling to scale customer consultations and ensure consistent, high-quality engagements. - Lead hands-on product demonstrations and trials. You’ll lead field trials for our PNT services, working closely with customers to plan, execute, and evaluate trial success. This is a high-impact function, central to demonstrating and delivering real-world value to our earliest users. - This role requires up to 20% travel. - Serve as chief customer advocate. You’ll lead customer discovery and speak on behalf of our diverse user base, from precision agriculture to financial markets to defence. You’ll ensure that the “voice of the customer” is heard in internal discussions, translating real-world needs into actionable product and engineering requirements. - Inform our product narrative.
