Must Have
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in digital product environments, expertise in creating detailed and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Hands-on experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs, Solid understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and requirements, Experience in conducting market research and leveraging insights to drive product decisions
Nice to Have
Experience working in both Product Manager and Product Owner capacities, Familiarity with product analytics tools and data interpretation, Exposure to customer journey mapping and UX principles
