Experience in the financial and operational challenges facing the healthcare provider market, Understand the significant flaws that exist in revenue cycle, Passion for solving those problems through predictive analytic-based products and workflow solutions, Passion for building great products and the natural instincts for making decisions that lead to highly useable software, Experience writing and refining user stories with engineering teams, An understanding of healthcare revenue cycle workflows and how software can simplify healthcare with experience obtained either through direct experience in a healthcare setting or an RCM focused HIT company, Provided leadership on a team that designed, built, or used revenue cycle workflow solutions, Organizing market research including analyzing customer segments and industry trends, Possess robust technical fundamentals, especially when it comes to building software, Problem solving able to analyze a problem and design creative solutions, Attention to extraordinary eye for usability and the customer experience, Excellent written communication able to succinctly convey complex ideas through the written word, Great people able to facilitate, negotiate and persuade stakeholders, Flexible and able to rapidly adapt to changing situations and inputs

Nice to Have

Business or Computer Science degree preferred, Preferred experience using Jira or similar feature and user story software

What You'll Do.

Analyze product inputs and customer requirements

Design solution architectures and develop business case

Prepare software design plans and product specifications

Document use cases and user interface wireframes

Organize market research and analyze customer segments

Assess competitor strengths and weaknesses

Study healthcare industry standards and compliance

Gather inspiration by visiting customers

Collect customer feedback through user tests

Study customer support incidents and administer surveys

Define system requirements to meet market needs

Ensure customer satisfaction and product quality

Coordinate with sales

Manage the product roadmap and product strategy

Maintain the feature backlog and coordinate releases

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with key stakeholders in data science, sales, marketing, user experience, development, and operations; Work with User Experience team on wireframes; Assist Director of Product Management in coordinating with sales, marketing, development, and customer support; Convince various stakeholders to rally behind a single product vision; Work with Director of Product Management to manage product roadmap

Excellent written communication; Succinctly convey complex ideas

Process & Methodology

Manage the product roadmap, Maintain the feature backlog, Coordinate releases
