Help define and evolve the OASES product strategy and roadmap
Translate operational challenges into product opportunities
Prioritise initiatives based on customer value
Support the evolution toward real-time operational workflows and operational intelligence
Work closely with customers
Gather operational feedback and workflow pain points
Use telemetry and customer insight to guide roadmap decisions
Understand competitor positioning and market dynamics
Drive improvements across some combination of Maintenance Control

Partner with Engineering

As a **Product Manager** , you will own the OASES roadmap and shape how airlines and maintenance organisations actually run their operations day-to-day. You'll be close to the work — talking to mechanics, planners, and ops controllers, not just executives — and your decisions will affect how aircraft get back in the air. **About OASES: ** OASES is a globally used aviation maintenance and engineering platform serving airlines, CAMOs, MROs, and aviation operators.
