Full Job Description

The opportunity We’re looking for a versatile and strategic Product Manager to join our Marketplace & Commerce team. In this role, you won't be tethered to a single feature. Instead, you will work across multiple workstreams, serving as the connective tissue between our marketing, web, commerce, and individual product layers. Your mission is to understand and optimize the entire user journey—learning how our users move from the top of the funnel (initial discovery) to ongoing, deep usage within our products. Currently, there is a gap between these organizational layers, and we are looking for a PM who can establish a unified vision where none yet exists. You will lead high-impact work, uncovering hidden opportunities and running with them to drive outcomes that directly influence Unity’s growth and user retention. This is a critical role that will provide product guidance across diverse realms, from supporting Agentic Commerce and expanding asset usage across our ecosystem to defining AI as a driver for Go-To-Market strategy.
