This position is responsible for… Develop expertise in the product(s) represented in your domain area Assist with gathering product requirements and use cases from internal and external stakeholders Assist with documentation of requirements and use cases Participate in bug triage and scrum meetings Support and adhere to the SDLC processes Learn how to create solutions leveraging our low-code/no-code configuration solution (Opus Solution Environment) In this role you will… Partner with decision-makers and stakeholders to deliver products to market and help our customers achieve the desired business value Partner with internal teams (Product Management, User Experience, Technical Communications, Services, Support, Engineering, Architecture) to ensure coordination and alignment leveraging all necessary parties to ensure our success Learn TraceLink products, business processes, methodology & ecosystem that drive effective programs Proactively build and expand business relationships that enable better product quality, time to delivery and cust
