Minimum 5+ years of experience on the same/similar role, Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager or similar role in product management, understanding of Agile methodologies, Requirements Definition & Analysis, Product Development & Delivery (e. g. , MVP), Backlog, Epic & Story Management, Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps Tools & Methodologies

Nice to Have

Experience with digital health products or in the healthcare sector is a plus, Design Thinking, Customer Experience (CX), and UI/UX Tools & Methodologies, Teaming & Collaboration

What You'll Do.

Lead the development and continuous improvement of digital products

Ensure timely delivery and coordinate releases

Conduct market analysis

Ensure product meets user needs and business goals

Maintain digital health product post-launch

Ensure continuous product improvement

Develop and articulate a clear product vision

Define product offerings

Scope the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

Prioritize features for the product roadmap

Write and manage a backlog of user stories

Lead the team through defining product requirements

Ensure the team correctly understands requirements

Collaborate closely with business

Participate in planning sprints

Steering and participation of Agile methodology

Oversee continuous improvement efforts

Interact with other teams for cross-team task implementation

Develop and execute a strategic customer engagement plan

Oversee Products and respective Product Owners

Be an active part of ART team and SAFE Portfolio oversight

Conduct user research and usability tests

Perform market research

Customize the digital health product for different regions and languages

Develop detailed release plans

Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices

Ensure successful product releases

Implement structured processes for collecting and addressing user feedback

Conduct regular performance audits and stress tests

Monitor digital health product performance metrics

Maintain comprehensive documentation for maintenance procedures

Provide training and support materials for customer support teams
