What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–2 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, or Business Analyst working with CRM systems, Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) with a solid understanding of core CRM concepts, workflows, and best practices, analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions, Excellent written and verbal communication comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce (any cloud — Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) is highly preferred, Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
