Identify market opportunities and customer needs in order to create value for the customers and patients
Define an overarching business strategy for the current and future product portfolio
Develop specific marketing plans for the product portfolio
Represent marketing group on local and global cross-functional teams driving innovation and market penetration
Manage resources and budget to target all assigned programs and initiatives
Organize training programs for the sales team about product specifications
