We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive the evolution of two flagship solutions serving the Food Equipment Services (FES) industry. This role operates at the intersection of customer insight, business priorities, and execution, translating strategic product vision into outcome-driven roadmaps and partnering with Engineering to deliver measurable impact. This role requires a high degree of ownership and initiative. You will independently frame problems, validate solutions, and deliver meaningful product improvements while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. Success depends on strong customer engagement, disciplined prioritization, and the ability to leverage AI both as a product capability and as a way to improve product development efficiency. Responsibiliies Product Strategy, Discovery & Prioritization * Translate company and portfolio strategy into clear product objectives and outcome-driven roadmaps. * Lead customer discovery through interviews, research, data analysis, and market assessment. * Define value hypotheses and success metrics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact. * Prioritize initiatives across features, platform investments, and AI-driven enhancements focused on quoting and design workflows.
