He enjoys all outdoor sport activities, in particular cycling and cross-country skiing. ## Job Description & Summary **Application Planning and Deployment:** * Lead the planning and deployment of software application developed by a vendor * Collaborate with the vendor team to ensure adherence to application standards, best practices, and project timelines. * Ensure QA of each release and oversee the implementation of updates, ensuring a minimal disruption to business operations. **Team Leadership:** * Manage a team of QA and application specialists and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. * Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. **Project Management:** * Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of projects. **Stakeholder Collaboration:** * Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and discuss with vendor application can meet their needs. * Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms. **​Documentation:** * Ensure team maintains documentation for applications, including technical specifications, user manuals, and change logs. * Innovation and Continuous Improvement: implement innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhan
