What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3–5 years as a Product Manager in a software engineering environment, Bachelor's degree required, Technically fluent — comfortable with concepts like SDKs, CI/CD, test automation, system architectures, and developer tooling, Experienced with Agile/Kanban and backlog management tools (Jira or similar), comfortable with basic data analysis (SQL or analytics tools) to inform decisions, A self-starter who can move projects forward with little direction, proactive and organized when juggling priorities across multiple teams, Outstanding verbal and written communicator, Demonstrated empathy for the engineer, Curious, humble, and eager to grow, Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust, Unquestionable integrity and ethics is essential

Nice to Have

MBA a plus, Experience with platform engineering, internal tools, mobile ecosystems, or AI/ML tooling is a plus

What You'll Do.

Lead DX product initiatives

Gather insights from engineering customers

Study how developers actually work

Benchmark against industry tooling

Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve developer productivity

Connect with engineers to understand pain points

Analyze adoption of DX platforms

Align investments with broader engineering strategy and partner team needs

Define product strategy and roadmap across the DX portfolio

Write clear specs and user stories

Be accountable for delivery across Client Architecture & Frameworks

and Tools & Automation

Drive rollout and communication of DX initiatives across engineering

Help teams manage cross-team dependencies

Propose experiments and pilots to improve developer satisfaction

Own the metrics that prove DX is moving the needle

Shaping next quarter's roadmap with DX

Debugging a flaky pipeline with engineers

Refining a Jira ticket

Pressure-testing a new framework rollout

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work across all three DX teams; Connect with engineers across Priceline; Align investments with partner team needs; Drive rollout and communication of DX initiatives across engineering; Help teams manage cross-team dependencies

Communication Scope

Verbal communication; Written communication; Product specs; Jira tickets; Stakeholder presentations; Ability to align stakeholders at varying levels of technical depth

Process & Methodology

Product strategy, Roadmap definition, Establishing milestones, Accountability for delivery, Managing cross-team dependencies
