Full Job Description

In a nutshell As a Product Manager at Picnic, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges with fresh, groundbreaking solutions. This role is all about driving impact - you’ll analyze data, identify opportunities, develop product strategies that push boundaries and define the way we’re building our supply chain logic. Tricks of the trade Improving the fully automated warehouse: going beyond the business case by designing better strategies and building robust systems (e. g. designing new picking strategies, improving the automated storage system) Innovating across borders: building a new fully automated warehouse in Oberhausen (DE-FCA), and working on projects such as the new pallet storage system and the new double zone pick loop Pushing towards new standards: renewing the inbound flows, enabling Last Mile 2.0, and improving stock accuracy to ensure Picnic Perfect Quality of Service Building sustainable solutions: launching new fruits and vegetables distribution centers with focus on even higher quality, to improve customer satisfaction Leading with ambition: Using your relentless determination and grit to take the driver's seat and redefine the puzzle behind a smooth grocery shopping experience Your superpowers Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics or an equivalent quantitative study 2-5 years of work experience in a product-led company, ideally experienced with building logistics solutions Problem-solving mindset and passion for tackling complex challenges Strong communication skills which allow you to convert abstract plans into concrete actions for your team *Please Note: This is not a one-time hire. We’re hiring for this role throughout the year as part of our ongoing growth and expansion. An EU working permit or citizenship is required.
