What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B or enterprise software, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, Demonstrated track record of bringing successful products to market — from strategy through launch — as well as growing and scaling products post-launch to drive sustained business impact, business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, retention, and growth outcomes, Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders — from the C-suite to customers and partners, Proven experience partnering with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution, Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into clear decisions, Highly collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Pragmatic Institute (formerly Pragmatic Marketing) certification or equivalent, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Experience in competitive markets requiring differentiation and positioning

and report on key product metrics — translating performance data into actionable decisions that improve outcomes and ensure profitability
Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to sharpen positioning and identify growth opportunities.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers
raising the overall capability of the team.
