Maintain existing products while driving innovation for new product lines, co-construct with early adopters. Working hands on with engineering to transform vision into actual delivery Creating a clear and concise product vision/roadmaps and well-articulated value proposition that is measurable and enables quantification of business value. Measure and drive product adoption. Partnering closely with the product marketing to articulate our value proposition and build GTM assets Juggling multiple issues, setting expectations and prioritizing accordingly. Professionalize prioritization Quantify reach, impact, confidence & effort (by collaboration with engineering) to maximise the value creation with constrained resources Apply agile principles resulting in shorter development cycles, fast feedback, and continuous discovery.
