Join nVent as a Product Manager, where you’ll help shape how sophisticated, engineered solutions are defined, built, and brought to market—working closely with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and field teams to turn complexity into scalable, real‑world outcomes. This role supports nVent’s Data Center Solutions technology platform, contributing to next‑generation data center technologies through products developed across our established nVent portfolio. **** Ideal candidates will work a hybrid work schedule, with 4 days/week on-site in Anoka, MN or Raleigh, NC. **** **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** * Own and implement end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, including product line strategy, multi‑year roadmaps, and technology plans for engineered, hardware‑based product portfolios with global market responsibility. * Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Development Process (PDP) initiatives by developing strong, data‑backed product recommendations, including customer needs, product requirements, feature definition, competitive positioning, financial projections, and go‑to‑market strategy. * Drive cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, sales, and marketing to deliver revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, quality, and timely delivery performance. * Lead Voice of the Customer (VOC), market, and competitive research efforts to inform product planning, portfolio optimization, and identification of new product and service opportunities. * Develop and communicate compelling, quantified value propositions
