MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead a fully cross‑functional, autonomous NordPass product team; - Own product discovery, validation, and roadmap planning and turn insights into shipped value; - Define and track a focused set of product health metrics (e.g., activation, adoption, retention) to guide daily, monthly, and quarterly decisions; - Partner closely with stakeholders across user research, sales, marketing, legal, application security, and data analytics to drive aligned outcomes; - Operate as a triad with your Engineering Manager and Product Designer to balance near‑term ROI with bold, long‑term bets; - Champion and enforce Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) practices throughout delivery; - Develop deep expertise in authentication and identity for both consumer and business segments, translating domain trends into product tactics; - Explore and shape the future of secure browsing and agentic AI–ready authentication; incubate innovations such as developer‑friendly CLIs and integrations; - Run experiments, synthesize findings, and iterate quickly while maintaining high quality and compliance; - Communicate decis
