Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience, understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies, Outstanding written and oral communication skills, Ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment, Ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Agile principles, Knowledge of the commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations, Experience with loan origination software/technology

Shadow customer engagements
Draft Initiatives and Epics
Perform knowledge transfer to engineering
Review build and testing outcomes
Track feature adoption via usage analytics
Support customer feedback and CSM sentiments
Identify additional problems to be solved
Expand product knowledge through VoC exposure
Understand feature connections to overall experience
Leverage AI/ML for product decision-making
Identify customer behavior patterns
Apply AI-powered analytics
Validate product assumptions
Surface opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with engineering to explore AI/ML features
Integrate AI/ML features
Stay informed on emerging technologies
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering with customers and cross-functional stakeholders; Handoff to Sr. PM (who will work with design and architecture); Story writing should be a team sport; Perform effective knowledge transfer to engineering team; Collaborate with engineering to explore and integrate AI/ML features
