Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 5+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience, Experience in presenting to multiple layers of a company, including executives, Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies, Experience being involved in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews, Outstanding written and oral communication skills, Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment, Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements

Advanced knowledge of Agile principles, Advanced knowledge of the commercial, small business banking, treasury, consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations, Experience with loan origination software/technology
