Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, 5+ years of relevant work experience in the technology or media industry, 3+ years’ experience in a role demonstrating technical, quantitative, and analytical skills, 3+ years’ experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills, project management, and formal presentation abilities, 3+ years Product management experience in media, gathering client requirements, writing product and/or technical specifications, working with development teams, and managing product roadmaps as well as launches, 2+ years of direct client engagement experience, Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States, Must be 18+ years of age, Must be willing to submit to a background check investigation
Nice to Have
Expertise in the SDLC process, with a focus on scoping, iteration planning, user story and acceptance criteria writing, rollout management, analytical and problem-solving skills - capable of assessing ambiguous situations, evaluating diverse factors, and adapting existing approaches to devise effective solutions, Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders - including those unfamiliar with the subject matter, by tailoring communication style and providing guidance on challenging issues, Experience working on problems of diverse scope - requiring sound judgment, interpretation, and decision-making with minimal supervision, Experience in Televisionroadcast, Media, Technology, or related field, Experience with Agile methodology, Experience with using Jira or a similar system to track and maintain feature requirements and development progress, Natural problem solver, who is adaptable in a fast-paced environment and is highly collaborative
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end product life cycle
Define product vision
Develop and maintain feature roadmaps
Lead grooming sessions
Document product features in JIRA
Collaborate across functions to gather requirements
Translate business requirements into product features
Partner with architecture leaders on technical solutions
Work with engineering teams on automation
Perform data exploration and analysis
Leverage business insights to refine strategy
Define and execute user acceptance testing
Ensure workflows adhere to standards
Coordinate resolution of operational issues
Manage change requests
Track and report on vendor performance metrics
Provide insights to improve service quality
Maintain documentation for processes
Ensure product workflows comply with standards
