Live within commutable distance to London or Bristol, Mandatory attendance at all company away days and meetings

Own the end-to-end success of elements of Moneyhub’s suite of ‘hero’ products, Deeply diagnose client problems, Translate them into an actionable product strategy, Empower engineering to ship high-value solutions, Relentlessly curious, Balances high empathy with hard business data, Exceptional collaborative leadership, Aligning diverse stakeholders across tech, sales, and senior management, Own the adoption failures, the engineering bottlenecks, and the strategic pivots, Process-minded enough to run rigorous discovery, Adaptable enough to pivot clean-cut priorities, Experience within highly complex B2B SaaS ecosystems
Nice to Have
Direct fintech, pensions, or smart decisioning software exposure, Past exposure to fast-growing, lean scale-ups, Familiarity with modern product scoping models (e. g. , Shape-Up)
