With a dual mandate to enhance the Core value proposition and drive services revenue, Cardholder Services is a dynamic and high impact program. The team combines deep product expertise and partner management excellence to deliver industry leading customer experiences. In this role, you will lead the development, optimization and delivery of Airport benefits, including the new Mastercard Collection fast track lanes and Taste of Priceless locations. You will manage key partner relationships, negotiate new opportunities and ensure seamless execution across product, services and operational teams. You will also play a critical role in ensuring market competitiveness, pricing consistency and differentiation for Mastercard in the Travel vertical Responsibilities • Card Benefits Strategy & Development: align with relevant product teams and deliver benefits that enhance customer value and align to global Airport strategy • Revenue Growth: identify and execute opportunities that expand monetization of Airport benefits • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, negotiating agreements, ensuring quarterly business reviews and monitoring performance against SLAs • Alignment: ensure benefit initiatives are coordinated across card product teams,
