We are looking for a Product Manager to join our CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) team. In this role, you will help shape the systems that dispatchers and first responders depend on during critical moments. You will own and evolve key product areas within our CAD platform, driving execution from idea through launch and iteration. This is a highly execution-focused role where you will work closely with a dedicated engineering team and partner cross-functionally with design, sales, implementation, and customer success. You will play a key role in delivering intuitive, resilient, and high-performance workflows that help agencies respond faster, coordinate more effectively, and operate with confidence in high-pressure environments. As public safety operations continue to evolve, you will also help define how emerging technologies such as AI-powered decision support, real-time video streaming, and operational analytics are integrated into mission-critical workflows, helping agencies gain greater situational awareness and make faster, more informed decisions.
