Must Have
5+ years in self-perform heavy construction industry, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science, Experience working with various data sets, like ERP systems, Experience with field-ticketing software, Experience with custom-built operational tools, High degree of Urgency and Integrity, Ability to translate "tech-speak" into "field-speak" and vice versa
Nice to Have
MBA or PMP certification

Partner with operations leaders and field supervisors; Work with internal IT teams or third-party consultants; Central point of contact for developers and consultants
Communication Scope
Translate "tech-speak" into "field-speak" and vice versa; Strategic Communication; Keep the organization informed; Provide regular updates to senior leadership; Communicate wins and changes to workforce
