## Description About Legis1 Legis1 is a congressional intelligence platform that goes beyond tracking legislation, revealing who is driving it. Our platform combines 45+ years of congressional and lobbying data, connecting bills, lawmakers, staff, lobbyists, and funders into a single networked intelligence system. Spun out of the nonpartisan Sunwater Institute in 2025, Legis1 is built for professionals who need to understand how policy and influence actually move through Washington.   POSITION  Legis1 is seeking an entry-level Product Manager to support the launch and growth of AllCiv, our civic engagement, political data, and citizen-facing media platform launching Q3 2026. This role will be instrumental in shaping the AllCiv product experience from the ground up, working at the intersection of civic technology, data, and public-facing digital media. The position will support product strategy, feature development, and roadmap execution under the guidance of senior leadership. The role will work closely with engineering, data, and design teams to translate user needs into clear product requirements, and with the sales and communications teams to ensure AllCiv delivers meaningful value to its users and partners from engaged citizens and journalists to advocacy organizations and government affairs professionals. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, intellectually curious about politics and civic life, comfortable working across modern AI-assisted and design tooling, and eager to grow their product management career at a mission-driven data and technology company.   RESPONSIBILITIES  Support the development and ongoing management of the AllCiv product roadmap in close collaboration with senior leadership Translate user research, stakeholder feedback, and market insights into actionable product requirements and user stories Write clear feature specifications and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams Assist in prioritizing features and enhancements based on
