What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5+ years of high-impact product management experience, Proven track record of launching successful products, Deep ability to grasp complex software and hardware architecture, user interface design, and intricate system integrations, Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, History of driving consensus across engineering, clinical, regulatory, and marketing domains, Data-driven decision-maker with a relentless focus on user needs, clinical outcomes, and measurable business impact, Experience operating within FDA or similarly regulated environments, Solid grasp of design controls, usability engineering, and risk management protocols, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field

Nice to Have

Medical device, robotics, or surgical systems experience highly preferred, Master’s degree in healthcare, educational technology, or business (MBA) strongly preferred, 8+ years of experience in a product management capacity, specifically within healthcare technology or complex hardware/software ecosystems, Demonstrated experience managing highly technical, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through commercialization

What You'll Do.

Drive the strategy and lifecycle of the Simulation training ecosystem and surgical intelligence portfolio

and evolution of aspects of the Multiport portfolio

Partner closely with downstream teams to maximize business value and scale

Act as the critical bridge between engineering

and product operations

Orchestrate high-quality product updates

Ensure seamless releases

Champion internal alignment to deliver intuitive experiences

Drive user-needs discovery through immersive surgeon interviews

and rigorous analysis of field feedback

Distill complex user feedback into clear

structured product requirements tied to measurable success criteria and clinical value

Navigate scope tradeoffs decisively by balancing customer impact

technical feasibility

and strategic business priorities

Lead release readiness from the ground up

ensuring all documentation

customer-facing materials

and internal comms are polished and compliant

Define rollout strategies and coordinate cross-functional launch efforts with Marketing

Ensure global commercial teams are fully equipped to understand

and leverage new features

Partner with commercial and digital teams to rigorously assess business models

identifying innovative ways to capture value and optimize growth

Ensure regional nuances and global market needs are deeply integrated into the product architecture

Leverage analytics and market research to extract actionable insights on product utilization

building bulletproof business cases for future feature development and content needs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partnering closely with downstream teams; Acting as the critical bridge between engineering, design, regulatory, clinical affairs, and product operations; Serving as the connective tissue between design, UX engineering, clinical development, program management, quality, and regulatory teams; Coordinating cross-functional launch efforts with Marketing, Sales, Global Training, and Regulatory teams; Driving consensus across engineering, clinical, regulatory, and marketing domains

Communication Scope

Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills; Articulate product decisions, technical updates, and business strategy clearly to both highly technical engineering teams and field-facing commercial audiences

Process & Methodology

Managing highly technical, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through commercialization
