Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, At least 5 years of product management experience, with a technical background, Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , MS Project, Jira, Trello) and performance analytics tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau), Familiarity with AI tools and workflows (e. g. , LLMs/SLMs, AI-assisted workflows and rapid prototyping, automated documentation etc), Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and organizational skills, Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, Strategic thinking and leadership with a sense of entrepreneurship and passion for success and independence, Result-oriented, can operate within a fast-paced environment, Ability to manage and influence in a matrix organization (cross-functional) with multiple stakeholders and levels of alignment including senior business leaders, analytical, communication, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure
Nice to Have
