What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in B2C product companies with subscription monetization (mobile or web product), Practical experience in product growth: A/B testing, working with retention, acquisition, paywall, and key product metrics, Understanding of unit economics and P&L – ability to read numbers, find growth points, and make data-driven decisions, Experience with the content component of the product: content analytics, understanding what and why performs, interaction with the content team, Experience interacting with marketing and working with performance traffic acquisition channels (Meta, CPA networks, etc.), Independence and structured thinking – ability to build processes where they don't exist yet, without expecting ready-made solutions, Practical experience using AI tools for product growth or process automation
