Diploma or degree in Computer Science, 5 years of experience in product management, Proven track record of managing successful products, Leadership and team management skills, Analytical, conceptualisation, and facilitation skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Good stakeholder engagement abilities, Capacity to influence and pitch ideas effectively, Comfortable navigating complex organisational structures, Working knowledge of AI tools and concepts

On a day-to-day basis, this means coordinating across the many facets of a product to keep things moving. And at the core, this means building a deep understanding of user needs, technical constraints, and design goals — acting as a bridge between MFA's officers, engineers, and the people we serve.
