Must Have
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, project management skills, communication skills, Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks/initiatives with support from manager and team, Familiarity with product lifecycle management and regulatory documentation, Ability to travel up to 20%
Nice to Have
Experience in medical devices or healthcare preferred
What You'll Do.
Collaborate with management to establish strategic plans
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities
Develop biomechanical
Create and manage project plans with engineering teams
Lead coordination of design reviews
Ensure high-quality documentation of DHFs
Develop marketing plans for new product introductions
Create sales tools and training collateral
Forecast and manage inventory needs
Monitor product performance via revenue
and customer feedback
Gather post-launch insights from end users and field teams
Support the sales team with product positioning
Deliver clinical education to surgeons
and sales representatives
Provide direct on-site operating room support
Act as a field-based resource to resolve technical issues
Serve as the voice of the customer
