What You'll Do.
Manage a collaborative product lifecycle
with emphasis on the beginning and end stages: roadmap
review and iteration.
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to define product priorities

Talk regularly with creators and subscribers to understand how they use the platform
and where new product opportunities exist.
Identify opportunities to improve subscriber conversion
and creator revenue through product improvements and experimentation.
Define clear product requirements and ensure the team is aligned on goals
Use product analytics
and industry research to guide product decisions and prioritize what to build next.
Help shape the long-term product strategy as Supercast expands into new capabilities including mobile apps
and other tools that help creators build deeper relationships with their audiences.

We help creators like Huberman Lab, This American Life, Peter Attia, and My Favorite Murder build direct relationships with their audiences and generate recurring revenue through exclusive content and community. Following our recent acquisition by Red Seat Ventures (a Fox Corp. company), Supercast is entering a new phase of product investment and expansion. Building on our success with podcast subscriptions, we’re evaluating a broader toolkit for podcast-first creators, as well as new ways for creators to engage and monetize their audiences. _**ABOUT THE ROLE**_ We’re looking for our founding Product Manager to help shape this next chapter, reporting to the CEO. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and creator-facing teams to build products used by thousands of creators and hundreds of thousands of paying subscribers, helping creators launch faster, convert more fans into members, and grow thriving subscription businesses.
