Must Have
5+ years product management or commercial experience, preferably in polymers, Good understanding of distribution business model, focus industries, customers, products, and chemistries, Good understanding of financial concepts including sales revenue, margins, and working capital, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Comfort presenting in front of large audiences, Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Ability to travel 1-3 times a month

Negotiate costs and logistics for products
Provide sales volume and pipeline updates regularly
Develop and implement action plans to correct sales performance gaps
Communicate and implement product
Hold suppliers to an acceptable level of quality and ease of doing business
Lead business reviews with appropriate content and cadence
Respond quickly and effectively to requests for quotes from commercial team
Drive key targets with commercial team
