Type: Full-time, salaried employment (via EOR) Location: Remote, Portugal only. Salary Range: €50,000 - €65,000 + stock options. What you will be responsible for We’re seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex problems, pushing boundaries, influencing strategy, and making a strong impact on product execution and quality. Reporting to the VP of Growth and Innovation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to shape our platform’s future. You will focus on developing products that empower retailers to optimize their operations through data-driven decision making, leveraging deep learning and computer vision. What you will do Drive key Focal initiatives, directly influencing strategic product roadmap Work closely with the design, engineering and customer success teams on executing the product vision Work with the largest retailers in the world on integrating our technology into their operational processes Ensure features and bugs are reported and prioritized Keep roadmap, progress trackers and documentation up to date and maintained Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for the performance of our models and infrastructure Proactively seek a firsthand understanding of issues and areas for improvement for our products, including frequent client interviews and visits What You Need to Be Successful 3+ years professional experience, preferably 2+ years in a product management role managi
