You will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and third-party vendors to translate business needs into product requirements, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes. This role is important to reducing dispute-related financial losses, improving the cardholder experience, and meeting client expectations. **What you 'll do:** * Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business requirements for issuer disputes platforms and related operational tools * Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, operations, and third-party vendors to deliver new system implementations and enhancements to existing platforms * Create and maintain product documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and executable test plans * Analyze current disputes processes, system interactions, and operational workflows to identify gaps and define future-state solutions that reduce financial losses * Manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and scope changes to support predictable and successful execution * Support product lifecycle activities for prepaid dispute operations systems, including implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and change readiness * Monitor industry and
