Must Have

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles within a B2B environment., Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle., Understanding of market trends relevant to our business, including macro-economic trends, commodities market trends, customer segments and emerging technologies., Proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. , SQL, Excel) with experience interpreting complex data sets to derive insights., Familiarity with modern product management practices (e. g. , Agile, Lean) and principles from industry leaders., Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences., Analytical thinking with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions.

Nice to Have

MBA or relevant advanced degree, Experience in pricing and packaging and working with customers to understand the full value of digital solutions to their businesses is a plus

Conduct thorough market research to understand trends

working closely with the Product Director.

Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and make informed recommendations for improvements.

Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.

Utilize strategic thinking to prioritize initiatives effectively.

Engage with customers through interviews

and feedback sessions to validate product concepts and gather insights on user needs and pain points.

Develop forecasts for product direction based on market analysis.
