POSITION DUTIES: - Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, deeply understanding their insurance accounting specific problems and pain points to ensure the team is building online payment and finance products that are usable, valuable, feasible, and viable. - Lead continuous product discovery efforts, utilizing techniques such as customer interviews, prototyping, and experimentation to identify high-value opportunities and validate product-market fit. - Own and drive product strategy for the core platform so that it is ready to expand in the Carrier / Enterprise space, defining the vision, goals, and roadmap based on deep customer needs, market analysis, and business objectives. - Collaborate intensely with software engineers, design (UX), and business stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and impactful product definition and successful, timely execution of the product backlog. - Define and track key performanc
