What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience in fintech, crypto, payments, regulated financial services, 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, understanding of stablecoin, payements and wallets infrastructures, Experience with third-party on and off-ramp providers, Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management, Analytical thinking and proficiency with system design discussions, Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment and execution
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field, Experience building platforms that serve both B2B and B2B2C use cases

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver end-to-end product experiences; Be part of a multidisciplinary and cross-country team; Work with agile methodologies, managing sprints, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment; Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment and execution
