About ComparaJá ComparaJá.pt is a fintech platform operating in Portugal as an independent aggregator and comparator of financial products, insurance, and utilities (energy and telecommunications). We are part of the international Samlino Group, and our goal is to simplify consumer choice, helping millions of users save time and money in the national market. The Role We are looking for a data- and performance-driven Product Manager to take ownership of our platform's optimization. Your main goal will be to analyze conversion metrics, understand user behavior, and translate those insights into continuous product improvements, managing the development lifecycle from backlog to launch. Key Responsabilities Roadmap Management: Define product priorities based on OKRs, align requirements with stakeholders and detail user stories; Optimization Product Delivery: Work in direct coordination with Engineering, Design and Marketing to ensure a steady release cadence and manage the platform via Storyblock; Performance Analysis: Track platform KPIs, extract actionable insights to for decision-making and maintain clear documentation. Requirements Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager in online platforms, e-commerce, or marketplaces. Skills: Strongly analytical mindset, with practical experience in Scrum frameworks and A/B testing methodologies. Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, BigQuery, and Notion. Languages: Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and English. Location: Must be based in the Lisbon region to ensure the required office presence. What We Offer Health Insurance.
