What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years as a PM in a B2B SaaS environment, experience owning technical product areas, go deep with customers and come back with a point of view, hold a credible conversation with engineers about architecture, data models, and tradeoffs, make clear decisions in ambiguous conditions, know when to move and when to wait, genuine cross-functional communication skills, work effectively across time zones

Nice to Have

Experience in last-mile logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations, Familiarity with data architecture or platform-layer product work, Prior experience working in distributed, multi-region teams

What You'll Do.

Own critical modules of the logistics platform

Define product strategy

Translate strategy into clear requirements

Manage the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery

Maintain and prioritize the sprint backlog

Evolve the platform by harnessing ML to optimize delivery flows

Lead discovery to understand users

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with engineering, CS, sales, and design to create alignment; Ensure every feature built solves a real-world problem; Work across stakeholders with competing priorities; Engineering, CS, and sales will look to you to hold the direction when things get messy

Communication Scope

Genuine cross-functional communication skills; Moving seamlessly from technical engineering requirements to customer value framing

Process & Methodology

Roadmap management, Backlog prioritization, Sprint backlog management
