The Product Manager serves as a champion for the customer, leveraging exceptional product instincts, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric design thinking to deliver world-class solutions. This role is responsible for the discovery, definition, and delivery of features within a specific product vertical of Avetta’s flagship SaaS platform, Connect. Reporting to a Senior Product Manager or Director of Product, this role focuses on defining and refining product features, gathering and analyzing customer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring high-quality products to market. The Product Manager plays a critical role in product discovery, problem prioritization, and feature execution, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs. This role is well-suited for hands-on product professionals with strong analytical skills, compelling communication skills, customer empathy, and a passion for building scalable, intuitive, and high-impact SaaS solutions. If the individual hired lives within approximately a 30 minute commute from one of our Avetta office locations, a 3-day per week in-office hybrid schedule will be required.
