Easy Ship is currently live in 15 countries globally, serving millions of Customers and thousands Selling Partners. The candidate in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams (Global business teams, User Experience/Research, Transportation to name a few) to identify new opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and deliver world-class products and services that delight our global Customer base and empower our Selling Partners. A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will possess a strong product management background and will have demonstrated experience leading projects. You will be required to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, perform detailed data analyses, and influence the engineering decisions.
