Must Have
5–7+ years of product management experience in Retirement, Wealth Management, or Financial Services, Experience delivering digital experiences across web, mobile, and cross-channel platforms, Experience in implementing solutions that enhance Enrollment, Wealth and Investment management experiences, Deep understanding of the retirement industry and competitive landscape
What You'll Do.
Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Enrollment
and Investments products
Articulate objectives for assigned products
and/or capabilities and define the path to achieving them
Develop and own the product vision with a focus on measurable outcomes
Lead roadmap development in partnership with design
Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate the roadmap into compelling external messaging
Stay current on industry trends and competitive dynamics
Identify new opportunities for differentiation
Develop a deep understanding of how target audiences engage with our products across the full customer journey
Define and own an end-to-end view of the customer experience and all associated interactions
Partner with UX/design teams to plan customer engagement and gather actionable feedback
Oversee customer research to inform product requirements and priorities
Maintain a relentless focus on usability by identifying and resolving key customer pain points
Maximize the value of assigned products
and/or capabilities across the business
Establish and manage success take accountability for achieving defined goals
Partner with segment leaders and shared services to drive adoption across the client base
Create and enhance internal and external documentation that clearly communicates the full product offering
Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for assigned products and capabilities

Ascensus is the leading independent technology and service platform powering savings plans across America, providing products and expertise that help nearly 16 million people save for a better today and tomorrow. ### Position Summary Under the direction of the Product Lead (for a specific business, segment, or capability set), the Product Manager will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for **Enrollment, Wealth, and Investments** products, features, and capabilities. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and independence and serves as a subject matter expert on existing capabilities, competitive positioning, and market dynamics. The Product Manager partners closely with Product Owners, design, technology, and scrum teams to ensure effective roadmap development and execution. ## ## Job Functions, Essential Duties, and Responsibilities ### Product Vision and Roadmap * Clearly articulate the objectives for assigned products, features, and/or capabilities and define the path to achieving them * Develop and own the product vision with a strong focus on measurable outcomes * Lead roadmap development in partnership with design, technology, and scrum teams * Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate the roadmap into compelling external messaging (“selling futures”) * Stay current on industry trends and competitive dynamics, including relative market positioning * Identify new opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and growth ### Client Experience * Develop a deep understanding of how target audiences engage with our products across the full customer journey * Define and own an end-to-end view of the customer experience and all associated interactions * Partner with UX/design teams to plan customer engagement and gather actionable feedback * Oversee customer research to inform product requirements and priorities * Maintain a relentless focus on usability by identifying and resolving key customer pain points ### Maximizing Product Value * P
