What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, 8+ years of total work experience, preferably with a focus on SaaS or workflow automation tools, 5+ years of proven product management experience, Proven experience delivering user-friendly software products, ideally in the low-code/no-code space, understanding of software development processes and technologies, understanding of product management processes, including agile methodologies, Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, value-driven features, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have
Experience working on low-code platforms or digital process automation tools, Familiarity with open-source technologies or communities, Advanced degrees (e. g. , MBA) and/or product management certifications (e. g. , Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, or similar), Background in UX, business analysis, or software development
